HUD 184 Indian Home Loan Guarantee Program  - The HUD 184 Loan is a federally backed mortgage program designed to help Native American and Alaska Native individuals, families, and tribes achieve homeownership. This program offers:  

- Low down payments, as low as 2.25 percent for loans over $50,000  

- Flexible underwriting to accommodate unique financial situations  

- Competitive interest rates  

- Financing for homes on and off tribal lands
